THE ART OF BODY AND SPATIAL AWARENESS.

We need to perceive ourselves within our universe.  Our ability to tell where our body parts are in relation with our other body parts. Closing your eyes and touching your nose is a good description for this. We use this senses in many ways, like when we itch, we instintively reach for the spot with our hand without thinking. We offer “Fit & Tonic” our exercise fitness method using a skateboard, exercises while closing our eyes, as well as plyometric movements, balancing  and strenghening exercises. Indoor activities such as bouldering, throwing axes etc…
